Hello! Thanks for joining me this week!

Two weekends ago, I hosted a casual meet-up and I wanted to share my pictures! I’ve been trying to host more casual meet-ups to encourage busy or inactive people in the community to participate. There’s a bubble tea place right down the street from my apartment so I thought it would be the perfect place to meet for one or two hours. The bubble tea place also specializes in a sushi bar with lots of delicious arrangements of sushi!

RSVPs for the event were very sporadic but a few people actually ended up showing up! It made me super happy! Because it was casual, I also opted for a more casual look, changing the outfit I wore to the circus slightly. It was definitely interesting walking down the street in lolita fashion, definitely not something I’m used to despite it being a street fashion. I hope I’ll eventually be able to get used to it and do it more often!

Hosting events is definitely stressful, especially when it comes to making sure the guests, location, and activity are in order. However, by the end of it, I think it’s all worth it!
